This home is a short drive to I-75, Dalton State, Trade & Convention Center and historic downtown. 30 minutes from Chattanooga. The space The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept with nice flow and TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, large dresser, TV, alarm clock, spacious closet and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and nightstand. The third bedroom has a Full bed, chest of drawers and closet. There is a large front porch with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide complimentary coffee pods for the first day, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom, and laundry pod/fabric softener for 1 load. The yard is large and great for kids to run and play. The neighborhood is very peaceful. *There is a single car garage, but since there is no exterior keypad for the garage, it must be opened and closed from inside. Wifi password and our cell number is located beside the front door. Guest access You will have full private use of this home. Other things to note Self check-in with keypad on the door that will be accessible at 3:00pm on the day your stay begins. Code will be last 4 digits of your phone number.
