It is located at the top of a quiet street, so it is accessed by climbing several stairs and various heights. It was completely renovated in 2014 with great attention to design, the old tiles have been polished and reused, its original charm and colours of the typical Mallorcan house have been maintained. Distributed on three levels: -On the main floor, there is a cosy living and dining area with fireplace. It has a comfortable sofa and armchair, a table for 4 people and several shelves with plates, glasses and decorative elements. Satellite TV, a stereo with iPod docking station and free WiFi are provided. The large panoramic window offers breathtaking views of the bay of Palma. On the middle floor is the open-plan kitchen, which is tiled with antique tiles and unfurnished on the upper level. It is fully equipped with fridge, extractor fan, gas hob (butane), grill/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and complete kitchenware, including pots, pans, knives, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, spices, among others. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), two bedside tables with lamps, a wall shelf and a chest of drawers. There is also a ceiling fan and a window that provides natural light and views of the exterior. On the same level are the two full bathrooms with shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, washbasin with vanity unit, bathrobes, hand and shower towels, hairdryer and shampoo. The heating of the house is provided by low consumption electric heaters and the fireplace. - On the first floor is the second bedroom, which has access to a spacious terrace with stunning views of the sea and the entire bay of Palma, including the southern tip of Mallorca and the island of Cabrera. The terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and the Bay of Palma is equipped with a spacious white sofa, two armchairs and a small table. Guest access The house has its own entrances and terraces and there are no shared areas, so there is no contact (unless you wish it) with other holiday guests.
