No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed without prior notification. If we suspect there to be more guests sleeping at the home than was originally booked in the reservation, additional charges will be assessed and those guests will be asked to leave immediately. The home’s maximum capacity is 10 registered guests. No pets allowed. Please remove your shoes prior to entering the home. No smoking on property, including the terrace. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No rearranging or moving large furniture. Please no food or drinks besides water in the bedrooms. Clean up spills immediately and take care of the furnishings. Thank you for helping us keep our space sparkling clean! Please respect check-in and check-out times. We ask that you start the dishwasher upon departure and take the trash out to the garage before you leave. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. Please take care of your garage remote. Lost remotes incur a replacement fee.
