A charming grade 2* listed 17th century character cottage overlooking The Green in the popular village of Groombridge. There is a spacious fitted kitchen adjoining the old school room, with a table that can easily seat up to 8 guests. The sitting room has a large inglenook (currently the fire place cannot be used) with comfy seating and a smart TV. On the first floor is a twin room and a double room that share a bathroom, complete with shower and bath. The top floor overlooks The Green, with a vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, and ensuite bathroom. Other things to note The house is in a quiet area of Groombridge, so please be respectful of our neighbours. The garden is not fenced off but there is plenty of space to sit and be outside. There are many pubs close by, The Crown Inn is two doors away, or it’s a 7 minute walk to The Junction Inn.
