The space The high-quality furnished vacation home "Hannes", located not far from the North Sea, offers space for up to 5 people on two floors and 106 m². On the ground floor, the vacation home offers an open living and dining area. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a cooking evening with the whole family. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, which can accommodate one person, as well as a guest toilet with toilet and sink. On rainy days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 cm double box spring bed. All bedrooms also have flat-screen TVs, insect screens (from spring 2023) & blackout options. Restful sleep is guaranteed here. From the skylight you have a direct view of the North Sea. The large shower room has a walk-in shower and a Finnish sauna. Perfect to relax in winter after a long walk on the North Sea and simply unwind. Warm summer evenings on the fully furnished terrace by the electric grill, or stormy afternoons by the fireplace - this house offers the perfect place for everyone for a top-class North Sea vacation. An awning provides shade on the terrace on warm summer days. From 2023, a beach chair will also be available on the terrace for you to lean back. Due to the end house location, you have a particularly beautiful, larger garden. In front of the house there is a free parking space at your disposal. An e-charging station will be installed by spring 2023. Bicycles brought along or rented on site can be stored in the lockable shed. The area is currently still partially under construction, so construction activities in the immediate vicinity must be expected. Prices are calculated accordingly.
