We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a whole-house water filter/water softener so you can get great quality water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse). 🔐 For your safety, we program a unique code for each guest into the Schlage Encode keypad lock. We do not recycle or reuse door codes or have keys that could be copied. We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring. NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 8 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 8 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people! PATIO SLIDER: If a patio slider is open for more than 5 minutes, the HVAC system will automatically turn off to conserve energy. HOT TUB IN THE SUMMER: The hot tub is not available as an amenity from June - August. Why? When outside temps soar over 100*, the sun heats the water to unsafe temps. NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. If you need more beds, please find a larger house!
