The backyard is shared with the Penthouse unit on the 3rd floor, but there's plenty of enjoyment and relaxation for everyone. Hot tub towels are provided in your unit. KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable. During your stay you will have access to Crescent Mansion with a private entry at the front of the house, or a shared entry from the back of the house for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the back yard to include the hot tub are shared with the other unit on the property. Right in the heart of downtown, you are able to easily walk a few blocks and get to all the restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping along N Tejon! Just one street over and you're on N Tejon! While everything is close enough to walk to in downtown, there are also scooters all around downtown that you're able to reserve/pay for via an app and ride around making it that much more fun staying here! For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! This unit comprises of the entire 1st and 2nd floors complete with the kitchen, living room, on-suite balcony, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and all which can be accessed by a private entrance from the front of the house, or back of the house! The 3rd floor is rented out separately with it's own private entry from the shared laundry room at the back of the house.
