Anglesey Modern Shepherds hut with gas spa hot tub

Self contained with a fitted shower-room / WC and compact kitchen; king-size bed with storage. small seating space looking out on the decking which overlooks a small stream that attracts all types of wildlife. Relax in the coverd gas heated spa hot tub which can be used all year in all weather. Set in a half acre paddock Min yr Afon huts are on the outskirt of the village within easy reach of country lanes. Get away from it all and experience peace and tranquillity... a little piece of heaven! The space Min yr Afon huts offer this The Newly built (2022) shepherds hut the first of our 2 huts, see our newly build (2024) hut for more availability. This hut is self contained so no having to leave in the middle of the night to use a shared toilet! The shower room has a power shower cubicle and small sink basin. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and freezer box, 4 ring gas cooker and a Belfast sink. 2 tub chairs and fold away tables overlook the decking area. The king size bed has a medium to firm hotel standard mattress. The freeview tv on a adjustable wall bracket can be viewed from the seating area or whilst in bed. Windows and patio doors are fitted with blackout blinds. The raised decking area has rattan cushioned chairs to sit outside to observe nature and all the surrounding wildlife. A BBQ / Firepit ♨️ area for guests to use when weather permits (bring your own charcoal / logs) Wifi is provided and free of charge. The small passing stream attracts all types of wildlife such as Herons, squirrels, rabbits and birds. Gas heated hot tub is covered and can be used in all weather conditions. Fully automatic so no having to keep a log burner topped up with logs and eratic tempratures as this comes with a pre-set thermostat! **We don't allow pets although we love animals, the hut is is located in a field next to stream too tempting for dogs to jump into! the space inside simply isn't big enough to accommodate. Our location also attracts wildlife such as the red squirrels that we are trying to encourage to use our feeding stations and we are keen protect them as much as possible. Guest access Guests have access to the whole half acre paddock and have their own grassed area with seating and bbq / firepit ♨️ on request (firewood / charcoal can be purchased at village shop or bring your own) Private decking area with rattan seating overlooks the passing stream. Free parking next to the hut. Other things to note Free wireless Wifi provided during stay. Selection of tea, coffee and a welcome snacks hamper provided on arrival. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco 🥂 or red / white wine 🍷 is also provided to enjoy on arrival 🍾 (please specify preference) All bedding / towels included as is shower gel. 😍 Gas heated spa Hot tub in enclosed covered area for total privacy and to allow use all year round!! 🔥 firepit / BBQ available, ♨️ firewood and charcoal can be purchased at the village shop or Bring your own.
