It is adjacent to Lollie's home-made ice cream store, and kitty corner from a park that hosts a spring-to-fall Farmer's Market on Saturdays. The famous Santa Fe trail is only a block away and is used by joggers, walkers, hikers and bicyclists. Many nearby restaurants and easy I-25 freeway access. The space The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the cottage. The back bedroom with two twin beds, has a room divider. It is a very centralized location and gives the traveler many options from relaxation to enjoying the great outdoors. You are in the middle of quaint, historic downtown Monument. Monument lake is a 12 minute hike thru town. Grab an ice cream and go. Guest access The entire 1,000 sq ft. is yours! No shared space, no stuffy hotel rooms. Other things to note My hope is that you care for this cottage as if it were your own private second home. Much time and care went into creating the space. It is like no other.
