Unique house in the old town with a 360-degree amazing terrace for a family or a group of friends The house is located in the old town of the picturesque seaside town of Villajoyosa, a 3-minute walk from the spacious sandy beach "Platja de Villajoyosa" on the Costa Blanca coast, the warmest place in Spain all year round. Just a few steps from the bakery, cafes, restaurants and shops. The street is for pedestrians only. Cars don't pass through here. 5 minutes from the house there is free parking by the beach valid license VT-494031-A The space The house is situated on four floors The house is primarily for 4 people - by agreement, the couch can be unfolded in the house and there can be up to 6 people. (maximum 4 adults, 2 children) On the ground floor there is the first room, which serves as a storage space for guests. You will find all the things you need for the beach as well as sports equipment :) The room on the ground floor has a bathroom with a spacious shower, a washer with a dryer and a sink with a deep bottom. On the first floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a balcony. There is a wardrobe for guests, as well as storage with spare towels, sheets or blankets. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom is cozy but spacious. It is equipped with two bedside tables and a dresser for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a spacious shower. The bedroom has air conditioning. On the third floor there is a kitchen and a living room with a balcony, the ceilings are high and so you will feel airy and comfortable here. The kitchen is equipped so that you can cook, bake, fry, enjoy coffee, tea, or chilled beer. The living room offers a comfortable couch for undisturbed watching of Netflix or other streaming services or playing games on Playstation 4. The third floor has air conditioning. Finally, the stairs lead to the last outdoor floor, which is the Terrace. From the terrace, we can see the entire coast of Villajoyosa, the historic center and distant mountains.
