I love this studio, it's my favorite. Bright, spacious studio with sea view in a quiet residence. Close to all shops, restaurants, beach and city center of Marigot. Great for a relaxing and zen stay. This studio has a fully-equipped kitchen, traditional convection oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, fridge freezer and a large cooking space. This studio also has a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Semi-Olympic pool included. The space The asset of this studio is above all its large spaces (living rooms, bathroom and toilet) as well as its brightness (with its large bay window), it is oriented facing the sea (with view of it) and so that the terrace is sheltered from the wind to enjoy it throughout the day, but this is not its only asset, this studio has a very easy access passing through a small park to enjoy a corner of greenery. It will also offer you a very privileged situation indeed, the residence offers a unique calm (no nuisance from the city), with a great proximity to the strategic corners of Marigot, 5 min (all the time on foot) from the supermarket to refuel, 30 seconds from a beach for the little bath planned unexpectedly, 3 min from restaurants if the desire to cook does not arise (with restaurant in the residence), 5 min from the city center for shopping and with its walk along the sea this studio will welcome you in the best condition to fully enjoy the island, and with its low price, so do not hesitate. Small clarification, the bedding is a very easy to use sofa bed, with traditional mattress (not a click clack) size 190 by 160 and in case of discomfort an under mattress can be installed on request making the whole as comfortable as a real bed. Guest access The residence has 2 parking lots, 1 in front of the studio and the other behind the studio, the 2 parking lots are very close to the studio so you will be spoiled for choice for parking your vehicle. Other things to note In a quiet residence and close to everything, this practical studio will provide you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Indeed, its proximity to most of the places sought by travelers: - beach 30 seconds' walk away. - restaurants all around the residence. - city center 5 minutes' walk. - ferry terminal for Saint Barth and Anguilla a 5-minute walk away. - bus station a 5-min walk to access the whole island. - supermarket 7 minutes away, still on foot. - residence parking. - for small budgets no car is necessary to have a good vacation (even if the car remains a big advantage to move faster and at any time). - sea view. makes it an ideal studio for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. And its equipment is also complete, including for example the washing machine which will save you from laundromats and other dry cleaners.
