Super deluxe also has walk-in closet area. There is a surcharge for the deluxe and super deluxe rooms when requested. Additional bedrooms can be negotiated. Floor mattresses available as required , no charge. House features sunken octagonal shaped living room with cathedral ceiling and open to 2nd floor interior balcony; large dining room with breakfast nook with separate table; step up to sitting room with television; kitchen and smaller table for 6 with stove, fridge and microwave and utensils cutlery and crockery. Parking is available on the grounds for 8 cars, street parking for larger number of vehicles. Secluded location, house has been used as a movie set for the local movie industry.
