Our block has had the same families on it for decades and we love our neighborhood! We are a quick 7 minute walk to the Historic Downtown McKinney Square. When you leave the house, take a left and walk to the end of the block, make a right on Tennessee and it's a straight shot! There's also a free electric taxi that drives around, you can hop a ride on that too! The house was built in 1955 and depending on the weather we may have doors that stick, cracks appear in the walls or a squeak in the floor. We think it’s charming! The backyard is wonderful and surrounded by trees with leaves that sometimes fall. We have weekly lawn service, but the leaves don’t always care about that and fall whenever they want in whatever quantities, so you may need to brush the leaves away to use some amenities! We provide a broom brush to do that. Please stay away from touching the fence, there are nails in it. The home is checked and documented by the owner prior to your arrival, so we ensure you have a wonderful experience.
