Come and stay at our Cozy Casa--A Spanish style mid-century modern Airbnb. We spent 1 1/2 years remodeling our first house; new red metal roof, new plumbing, kitchen w/ custom build butcherblock countertops, Spanish tile through out, renovated 1 & 1/2 bathroom, and a giant Aircrete Patio. You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this thoughtfully appointed Airbnb. Release your kids to Reserve Park across the street. Complete with Army style workout equipment. The space This listing also rents as a fabulous 1 bedroom Airbnb. There are 2 other units on the property. All units have privacy fences and separate parking to maintain guest privacy. Contact us if you want to rent the whole compound for your next family reunion or Gator Football game! We also have other units in properties nearby. Guest access Whole main House and yard. Other things to note Pets: We are happy to welcome dogs (and dogs only) in this unit. We don't allow cats or other pets at this time. We do ask that you notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring a furry friend. Our cleaning crew charges a pet cleaning fee for up to two dogs (of any size) and an additional $10 per dog thereafter. Please be sure to indicate in the booking that we'll also be hosting our furry friend(s). We ask your sincere assurance that your pup(s) are current on flea meds and keep in mind they are NOT allowed on the couch or bed. The cleaning crew may charge us an additional fee if there is fur on the sofa and/or bed when they arrive to clean the property, in which case this fee will be passed on to the guest. Parking: Guests may park on the street and/or on the grassy area in front of the unit. Please do NOT park on or block the driveway, since it is the only access to the other rental unit located on the same property. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, but please be sure to keep the door and windows shut in order to keep smoke from entering the unit.
