This apartment (part of the duplex) was completed May 2021 and is brand-spanking new.☀Solar☀ panels energize the full kitchen (with induction oven), private washer/dryer, and AC. We have what's needed to make a meal or brew up your favorite cup o' joe (coffee grinder, pourover, french press, and organic coffee provided). Iron, hair dryer, hangers, beach towels. ⭐⭐If we don't have it, just ask us - we're happy to accommodate.⭐⭐ 🌿🌿We have a shared garden on the property that you're welcome to. We love the quiet and peaceful streets around our house. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. It’s perfect for going on a walk to close by parks and playgrounds. Though we can't guarantee it, we've never had trouble finding parking on the street. 🚶 Walk to Barron's Market, Vons and Smart and Final 🚘 5-minute drive to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Ralph's, and Sprouts ➨10, 7, and 2 buses are 2 to 4 blocks away ➨5-minute walk to Bird Park (North-East part of Balboa Park) ➨10-minute drive to the convention center ➨5-minute walk to the North Park Observatory Theater ➨SAN Airport is 15-minutes driving ➨Most beaches are 10 - 30 minutes away driving ➨Easy walk to brunch, coffee, breweries, shops, etc. in North Park ➨8-minute drive / 40-minute walk to the center of Balboa Park with all the museums Other things to note We live in the front house but we give our guests privacy.
