Conveniently located a short drive from North Conway or Sunday River The space Our unique cozy cabin can sleep 6 with the 1st Bd rm -King (on first floor), 2nd Bd rm-queen (upstairs), 3rd Bd rm loft with 2 full futons. All bedding provided. Kitchen-electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Also small appliances coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, air frier, and toaster. The cabin is complete with dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Living rm has reclining leather sofa and chair, smart 50" TV and wood burning stove. We have hardwood to keep a cozy fire going. There are board games and puzzles for chillin and relaxing. Bathroom (on first floor) all completely remodeled with a brand new walk in tiled shower. All towels included. The Mountain View Cabin has a fire pit, 2 plastic sleds, and 4 pairs of snow shoes to play in the white stuff. In the summer there is a canoe , and 2 cruiser bikes for your use. We provide some campfire wood, life jackets. and bike helmets. Guest access Heat, air conditioning, electricity, internet, and trash removal provided. Great cell service with our booster set up. We keep the driveway plowed free of snow. Our newest addition is a whole house generator. Let it snow! Other things to note There are many hiking trails in the area. We have a book in the cabin with details of most of the local trails. The book describes the hike and gives directions on how to get to it. Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) is the closest ski area. It has many new improvements. This a great mountain for a quick trip. Sunday River is 30 minute drive for a 7 mountain variety experience. Mt Abram Ski Area is about 25 miles. This is a small family friendly inexpensive place to ski or ride. 1 mile from the cabin on North Lovell Landing Road is the public boat launch. Center Lovell Market has a small grocery, gas, sandwiches, and pizzas. Pleasant Point offers a beautiful public beach. The inn there has a fun restaurant and bar. Reservations are recommended. AJ's Everything in Stoneham on route 5 has a pub style restaurant. They have adult beverages, hamburgers, sandwiches, pizzas, and more. The Loon's Nest Marina located on Kezar Lake rents boats and kayaks. They also have marine gas. The restaurant offers Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner every day during the summer.
