The space Wildwood Spa is a little known quiet neighborhood in SeaPines, with the best central location. The Beach Club is just a quick 10-12 minute walk along the beautiful winding paths that SeaPines is famous for. Beach gear includes beach towels and chairs which are stored in the front entryway to the property. The neighborhood boasts an on site pool and tennis/pickleball courts and amazing golf views. Lush with trees and private, a stay in this property is truly an amazing beach retreat. This property is a licensed and permitted short term rental with the Town of Hilton Head. Permit #072390 and license #25702. Guest access On-site parking for two cars in front of the villa. One car pass for Sea Pines Resort is included in your reservation. Parking restrictions at the Beach Club do exist during busy months, however there is a complimentary shuttle service provided by the resort. Other things to note We are SeaPinesVilla, a local property management company doing business in Sea Pines for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in offering beautiful, well-maintained properties in the best locations of Sea Pines. We will require a rental agreement to be signed according to South Carolina law.
