The main floor features a spacious living area, a dining space, and a deck. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need for home-cooked meals. Wi-Fi and smart TVs are in every bedroom. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level. Beach: 5 minute electric cruiser ride to the nearest beach access point at Deer Lake State Park. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom townhome. Your stay includes full access to the renowned Prominence community's spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool and outdoor lounging areas. Enjoy a seamless arrival with electronic check-in. Parking is available for one vehicle directly at the property. Other things to note To make your stay as comfortable and secure as possible, please note the following: Security: For your safety and the security of the property, outdoor security cameras are located at the exterior entry points. They do not monitor any interior spaces. Pool: The community pool is heated seasonally during the spring and fall months. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the unit for your convenience. Beach Gear: We provide complimentary beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella, and toys for your enjoyment. WiFi: You will be sent the WiFi login information a couple of days before you arrive so you can sign into your streaming accounts. Golf Cart: We call them EV or Electric Cruisers and one will be available for your use while you are checked-in for your stay. Parking: We have parking in front of our garage. Overflow parking is hard to find. Do not park in any other home’s parking spaces, street parking is not allowed. All vehicles must be parked in driveways or the common gravel parking areas along the streets. Parking at mail kiosks is for 5-minute mail pickup/ drop off parking only. Pack ‘n Play: One is available for your use during your stay. High Chair: one with a food tray is provided during your stay. BBQ Grill: Grills and covered outdoor dining are available near the pool.
