Presenting our newest downtown listing! Cotton Hole Cottage is a charming studio, centrally located downtown near the river with great mountain views. For those looking to get away to the mountains and stay connected the cabin offers high-speed fiber internet and a separate work/study area. This redesigned well appointed cabin still maintains a rustic feel, making it the perfect Colorado getaway. The space Outdoor space includes two decks, a shady picnic area and a gas fire pit. The property is completely fenced in with a clover patch which is very popular with our four legged friends. The river walk is at your door step; a perfect location to explore Pagosa Guest access The guests will have full access to the entire house and gated areas. The ladder to the loft will not be in place unless you have been granted access to the area. Please add dogs to guest count. Our $50 dog fee will be added that way. Thanks!
