THE COMPLEX The building is part of an ambitious urban development plan for the improvement of the historic district, the experience of this contemporary complex is fresh, friendly and easy going but as sophisticated as a hotel. Si desean utilizarla, les pediremos seguir ciertas reglas del edificio, las cuales se les compartirán una vez que nos confirmen que harán uso de la alberca. THE APARTMENT It is a spacious comfortable apartment for up to eight people. It has two independent bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom: Small bedroom with a full size bed Second bedroom: Large bedroom with a queen size bed. You will find a 32inch smart TV and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are very well equipped with all essentials. - Linen and towels provided - Fans available -Closet, hangers and empty drawers for guest to use There are two sofa beds located at the living room area for an additional people with a 40 inch smart TV. One Sofa bed is as big as a queen size bed and a full size bed. A second shared bathroom is located at the living area. The shower is spacious, clean with fresh towels and grooming essentials. -Soap -Shampoo -Hair dryer The kitchen its well equipped for a fast breakfast before exploring the city or a complete relaxing dinner. -Stove -Fridge -Microwave -Blender -Toaster -French press -Cooking tools Guest access Facilities include: - Doorman and 24/7 security - Indoor acclimatized pool, showers and changing room. (Swimming cap required) - Well equipped gym - Mini market & coffee shop inside the complex - Courtyard seating areas - Laundry and dry cleaning external service - Restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser and banks on the building's exterior Other things to note CHECK IN We believe in flexibility, so we try hard to be as helpful as possible on this matter, we know it's very important for travelers. Check in official time its at 2 PM and Check out at 11 AM. However, when previous guests allow it (checking out very early), we let guests get in as early as possible. If the apartment is occupied the earliest we can let you in its at 11.30am, only to drop off bags and return when the apartment is spotlessly clean . PLEASE NOTE: **For late check in after 9pm we charge an additional fee of $20 USD.** CHECK OUT Check out its at 11am. Please help us be on time with our next guests. We can keep your luggage safe (previous request is needed) for $100 pesos per bag until 7pm, keys MUST be left inside the apartment at 11am for the next guests to use. KEYS During your stay we provide an access key ring so you can enter and leave the apartment's building freely. We take very good care of it since it compromises everyones security. For this matter we charge $1000 pesos /$ 50 usd if you happen to lose it or not return it to its original place as a prevention measure. ARRIVAL Please let us know in advance your arrival time so we can agree a specific time to welcome you. We do not have self check in and one member of our team will meet you at the door to let you in. For security reasons the building's doorman will not open the door, key rings are mandatory to access. PARKING We have parking available at the building, for a $150 pesos per day. Let us know in advance if you will use the facilities so we can send you instructions. Please note very large SUV's or very big vehicles will not fit.
