This wood paneled home is a uniquely cool retreat that is ideal for family reunions, bridal events, wine tours, or simply a sweet getaway. TéHaus is more than ready to assist in making the best memories here in the heart of Fredericksburg. A beautiful fusion of 1950’s mid-century and southwest appeal, make TéHaus a charming haus-away-from-haus, boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 and a 1/2 baths, 2 kitchens, a sofa bed, vinyl record player lounge, and various relaxing areas both outdoors/indoors. The space BAR AREA/KITCHEN •Fully stocked with anything you should need during your stay to create the perfect cup or meal. Though check out our extensive TéHaus FBG Guidebook recommending our favorite coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, and wineries within the Fredericksburg area! MOCCAMASTER COFFEE MAKER: •Fill the water tank to your desired volume. Place a filter in the filter basket (filters can be found in kitchen cupboard directly above). Use the coffee scoop provided to add the amount of ground coffee desired. Turn the coffee maker on using the button on the front left. Ensure that the coffee pot is correctly aligned under the filter basket for the maker to begin brewing. We recommend a water level to the "1/1 - 8" line and 3 scoops of the ground coffee provided. BATHROOMS •The 2 full bathrooms provide a hairdryer, makeup washcloths, room spray, Turkish quick-drying towels, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash . •Half bathroom provides hairdryer and makeup washcloths. BEDROOMS •The 4 bedrooms are each furnished with a luggage rack(s), mirror, cozy pillows, luxurious bedding, blackout curtains, mesh laundry hamper, bedside lamp(s), and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has a TV within armoire. CARPORT/OUTDOORS •There’s a TV, charcoal grill, mini fridge, and a couple outdoor games like travel cornhole and outdoor jenga to entertain. There are multiple seating areas throughout the outdoor area, including 2 dining tables. There’s even an outdoor wood burning fireplace on chilly evenings. HEB is a great place to pick up firewood, and located in close proximity. LAUNDRY •The washer and dryer are located behind the closet doors near the lounge area. An ironing board, iron, and laundry detergent are provided for use during your stay. A utility sink is located to the right. (Note: The vacuum is located within primary bedroom walk-in closet.) LOUNGE •The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine. There’s a vinyl record player with a handful of records ranging from the legendary Johnny Cash to The Bee Gees. SOFA BED •The sofa bed is located within the bar living room area, and there are blackout curtains and pull-down shades within the room to darken and help with privacy. (Note: Bedding is located within the primary walk-in closet.) TRAVEL CRIB •A Nuna Travel Crib is located within the primary walk-in closet if traveling with a little one. TV •There are TVs located within the attached carport, primary bedroom, bar living room area (50” Samsung Frame), and main living room common area (65” Samsung Frame). To accommodate personal preferences, guests can login to their accounts to stream Netflix, Prime, etc. Floor pillows and portable loungers are available to make viewing even more comfortable. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and be sent instructions on check-in day. There is ample parking within the driveway, including 2 to 3 covered spots.
