Other things to note • Please note that the fireplace seen in some images is not operational, but there is a heat pump for warmth. • This home is in a quiet residential area and has bunk beds, therefore not suitable for more than 4 adults. • Balcony may not be suitable for small children due to gaps and stairs, children need to be monitored at all times • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
