The space This single-level, stair-free home has been thoughtfully set up for families and groups who want to relax, explore, and make memories. Heated floors run throughout the entire home — a cozy welcome after a day on the trails. KITCHEN & DINING The fully stocked kitchen features a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Duo, Instant Pot, air fryer, and all the cookware you need to prepare a full family meal. Gather around the large dining table (seats 8) or pull up a stool at the kitchen island (4 bar stools). LIVING ROOM The spacious living room seats 8 comfortably with two couches and casual chairs. A 55" Roku Smart TV with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi makes movie nights and game days easy. There's also a DVD player — perfect for the kids on a rainy afternoon. GAME ROOM The converted heated garage is your go-to hangout space, featuring a ping-pong table, poker/game table, and a 43" Roku Smart TV. Great for evenings after a day on the trails. OUTDOOR SPACES Step outside to a private backyard patio with an outdoor dining table (seats 6), a propane grill, and a gravel fire pit with extra seating — perfect for stargazing and s'mores under the northern pines. Guest access The entire home and 2-acre yard is yours to enjoy. Self check-in via keypad — full access instructions will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival. Driveway parking available (please no vehicles in the garage, which is set up as a game room). We ask that you respect our neighbors and stay on the property. Other things to note There is a smart doorbell next to the front door that serves as a security camera to monitor the front door and driveway. IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.
