Enjoy easy access to everything from this NEW, very spacious, centrally located, beautiful beach house. 2 blocks from shops and restaurants and less than a mile to the main beach access, this beautiful new house will allow you to access everything with your golf cart or on foot. Close to City Park with Skate Park, pickle ball, dog park and more. Once you are done running around town, take a plunge in the PRIVATE pool. The space As you enter the property, with two short flights of stairs, the large porch welcomes you. The view is amazing! Open the front door to a 2126 sq ft coastal inspired home! The main living, kitchen, and dining space will meet your every need. The large island and open floor plan are so inviting. Tipsy Tarpon is decorated with all new coastal furnishings. There are 8 large windows and a beautiful shiplap wall in the main living area. The kitchen provides everything you will need to cook, entertain, relax, eat and enjoy the slow-paced lifestyle Port Aransas has to offer. We have a Keurig duo, so bring your favorite pod or coffee grounds along to enjoy your coffee on the front porch. We also know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide for you a pack-n-play, adjustable highchair, and toddler dishes. Flat screen TVs are in every room and includes a 70 inch in the living room. 1 oversized sectional couch with a large ottoman, 2 comfy large chairs, large dining table for 8 and 4 barstools provides plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. The utility room offers a closet with extras: old towels for spills/floor clean up, broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. We offer a full size washer/dryer both upstairs and down for your use, along with laundry detergent and bounce sheets. The best part of this is you don’t have to return home with loads of dirty laundry! Iron and ironing board are also provided. Bedroom 1 is a large en suite with a King bed, 2 nightstands, 2 closets, two luggage racks, flat screen TV, room darkening shades, and sound machine for added comfort during the night. The rooms at the Tipsy Tarpon are larger than most rentals on the island. Suite bath is absolutely amazing! It has a double walk in shower with a large bench and a large over sized vanity area with double sinks. You will feel like you are at a resort. Towels and wash cloths provided. Hair dryer is available as well. Bedroom 2 is an en suite with a King bed, 2 nightstands, a closet, two luggage racks, flat screen TV, room darkening shades, and sound machine for added comfort during the night. En Suite bath has walk in shower and single sink with useable counter space. Towels and wash cloths provided. Hair dryer is available as well. Bedroom 3 offers a bunkroom, twin over full and twin over twin beds, 2 plush chairs that convert into small beds, two luggage racks, flat screen TV, room darkening shades, a closet, and sound machine for added comfort during the night. There is a 3rd full bath with shower/tub combo across the hall. This bathroom has a ton of storage and counter space. There is also a beautiful shiplap wall and a huge oversized mirror. Towels and wash cloths provided. Hair dryer is available as well. Downstairs you will find a beautifully finished 1/1 apartment. This is a great space for anyone in the group who would like a bit of their own space or who may not want to climb all the stairs. Living room 2 has a fold out couch and flat screen TV. There is also a fully stocked kitchenette with full size appliances and plenty of counter space. There is no range downstairs but there is a Ninja Airfryer/ convection oven/ toaster oven countertop unit. Down the hall you will find a full bathroom with large beautifully tiled walk in shower. Bedroom 4 offers a King size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 luggage racks, flat screen TV, a closet, room darkening shades, and sound machine for added comfort during the night. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire house, yard and driveway. Guests DO NOT have access to the garage. One housekeeping closet is locked.
