Guest may request pool gate or poll enclosure ( a removabale building to be set up over pool) Other things to note The property is 2 houses that are both included in the booking. There is a $60 a day fee to heat the pool. There is a pool gate available if needed, and can be put up upon request. HOUSE RULES: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times- 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. Please book for the TOTAL number of guests who will be coming to the home at any point regardless is they are staying the night . There is an extra guest fee for more than 8 guests. The maximum amount of guests may NOT exceed 16 (including children and infants) at any point during your stay. We are not able to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests as our cleaners need the full time to make sure everything is ready for our next guests. Weekends require a 2 night stay minimum.
