Nestled in the Summertree Village community, you can enjoy a fabulous outdoor pool, patio & grill, or take the fun inside at the indoor pool, hot tub & sauna. All while being only a 5 min walk to the beach, Ocean Annie’s & necessities. Buddy’s Cove is less than 10 min from Barefoot Landing & less than 15 min from Broadway @ the Beach!! The space Corner Unit | 2 floors of living space | 2 screened in porches Our unit is one of the few units in the Summertree Village community that offers 2 floors of living space, and 2 full bathrooms equipped with bath tubs and full showers. Buddy’s Cove was recently updated with a new kitchen, new carpets, and all new bathrooms. This home was cared for meticulously by previous owners for over 10 years. Our corner unit provides ample light, and the unique electric fireplace provides the ambiance you desire during movie night as you enjoy our 55 inch SmartTV. The first floor has a half bath and stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, appliances) with all you need to prepare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, guests can access the screen in patio equipped with dining table, chairs and a ceiling fan, for your ultimate comfort! The living room is equipped with comfortable and fluffy Ashley Furniture for when you get back from a long day at the beach. Upon heading upstairs, you will have access to the following: Master Bedroom: includes a new Molecule Memory Foam King bed and furniture, luxurious linens, 50 inch Smart TV with Chromecast & sound bar, private screened in patio, and newly updated En Suite bathroom with Shower and Bath Tub. 2nd bedroom: Light & airy room with a Queen bed and Twin trundle bed, both Cool-Air memory foam mattresses with microfiber down comforters and linens. The 2nd bedroom also has a 20 inch mounted TV that moves and tilts for your convenience. 2nd full bathroom: Bathroom recently updated and right beside the 2nd bedroom. Bathroom equipped with full shower and bathtub. Guest access Location provides 2 assigned parking spots for guests (please refer to Policies and rules section for further information). Property equipped with Smart lockbox with unique code for key access during your stay. Property is corner unit on second floor of building A. Guests will have access to outdoor pool and patio, equipped with grilling area. You will also be able to enjoy our indoor pool, hot tub and sauna at your leisure. The beach is 200 yards away and our building has the quickest access to Maison Dr. for your maximum convenience. Along your walk to the beach, you will pass a liquor/general store, pizza parlor with ice cream, and Flip Flop's Bar & Grill, a local favorite for live music and cold beer. NOTE: You must be 25 years old or older to rent this property. Families welcome, but anyone under 25 must be accompanied by an adult.
