Beautiful Mexican Style Condo

My condo is cozy, intimate and unique. It is a corner unit on the 6th floor with a wrap around balcony, lots of light and lovely views. The furniture is traditional hacienda style with bright fabrics. I supply quality linens, bath towels, rugs and have 4 large beach towels for your convenience. The kitchen is fully loaded with lots of Mexican glassware and dishes, plenty of utensils and cookware, Microware oven, Blender, Toaster, Mr. Coffee and Keurig Coffee machines. I provide coffee filters and in my freezer you will find Mexican ground coffee, turbinato sugar, coffee-mate creamer and a small supply of K-Cups (you can pack your favorites :). I have also just installed a new Char-Broil propane grill on the balcony for those who like to BBQ. There is a water filtration system that purifies water throughout the unit. There is also a ceramic water cooler with drinking water and I provide beer and bottled water for your arrival. A new mini-split air conditioning system has just been installed in the living room and bedroom that will keep you as cool as you like. I have high speed wifi internet and large LG Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom for watching movies on Netflix, etc. The heated pool and jacuzzi areas are tropical and lovely with plenty of lounge chairs, a pool bar and restaurant called La Palapa Bar & Grill where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a rec room with comfortable indoor seating, ping pong, pool table, large flat screen TV and an honor library where you can take or exchange a book for your visit. Our on-site concierge, Elly, can set up all of your activities, reservations and fishing expeditions. Should you return with a proud catch the La Palapa has an exclusive service for owners and guests. They will prepare your catch in a variety of ways from ceviche, to coconut breaded to grilled, and everything in between to create a memorable meal for you and your guests. The Marina Sol is a safe, gated community with exterior gates to the beach and restaurants accessible until 9 pm. After 9 pm access is through the front lobby where we have security guards on staff 24/7.
