This 4 bedroom, beautiful beach house is close to everything! The beach is a straight shot down the street as well as Pacific City, Main Street (downtown HB), several of the top resorts in OC offering day passes to their pools, massages and fine dining, nearby famous surf museum and more! A formal living room / game room with arcade game for the kids, formal dining room, big comfortable family room with huge TV and attached kitchen, the bedrooms are spacious and all have ceiling fans and big mirrored closets, the master bedroom feels like a luxury resort with balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It has a huge ensuite with separate tub and shower. It has a big walk in closet for all of your stuff. The property has several outdoor areas (balcony off the master), large sundeck on the top floor with loungers, front patio with table/chairs and a the back patio has a great table for dining with the family as well as a BBQ. Parking is easy with a garage for 1 car and room for parking another car behind the garage. You literally can't go wrong with this house! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note No animals of any kind, we cater to people with severe animal allergies. No partiers or loud groups please. The neighbors are not on 24/7 vacation and will not tolerate it.
