This 3 bed/2 bath desert oasis is located in walking distance of all of the downtown amenities of Borrego Springs including popular restaurants, shopping and Christmas Circle. Beautifully decorated with Desert Southwest decor, this comfortable retreat is awaiting your next desert gateway. The space This newer built desert home has been very well maintained and provides a magical retreat when visiting beautiful Borrego Springs. The spacious layout of the home features high ceilings with an open concept living room/kitchen. For privacy, the main bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bathroom is located on one side of the home. 2 smaller bedrooms with queen sized beds are on the other side of the home. The beds feature hotel quality linens and cotton towels in the bathrooms. If workspace is needed, a desk with printer is located in one of the bedrooms along with WiFi that works throughout the house. In the living room there is a 50" TV with Dish Network. If you choose not to dine out, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with pots & pans, a rice cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, toaster, blender, etc. There is also a propane BBQ for grilling and a Keurig coffee maker. Lounge with a beverage in your private patio while taking in the relaxing desert views. When the sun goes down, enjoy the cozy fire pit while gazing at the stars. Guest access All of the home and yard is accessible for guests except for one bedroom closet. Other things to note Casa Sombrero is in the premier location in Borrego Springs. If you want to leave your car behind and walk around town, this place is for you. The home is located behind the popular Red Ocotillo restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. For treasure hunters, The Bargain Barn, a seasonal thrift shop is also located behind the house. Carlee's is also a popular bar & restaurant with live music on the weekends. Christmas Circle offers a seasonal farmers market on Friday's and events throughout the year. Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitor Center is approximately 2 miles away. Rams Hill Golf Club is approximately 7 miles away.
