Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting. The space The house has 130 square meters distributed among 4 bedrooms, 1 dining room, a kitchen with a laundry terrace, and 3 bathrooms (two upstairs). It has a 20 square meter paved terrace. It is within a compound with 7 other houses and has outdoor parking inside. It also has its own 15 square meter pool, all on a private 160 square meter plot. The house faces south and enjoys plenty of light throughout the day. The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds measuring 150x200 cm and two bedrooms with two single beds measuring 1.90x90 cm. There are 6 beds in total. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning in the summer and a heat pump in the winter. There are 10 sleeping places for adults and children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and a TASSIMO coffee machine. The dining room has a 50-inch TV with a sound bar, an electric fireplace, a 400-frigoría air conditioner with a heat pump, and a 2x1m table (extendable to 3x1m) with eight chairs. The terrace has a barbecue and awning, and outdoor furniture includes a sofa, a table with four chairs, and two sun loungers. Other things to note The town has a beach, but you can only swim when the tide is very high. You can always take the boat that crosses you to the other side. The boat is taken from the same town or also in other locations such as EL PORTIL or the SAN MIGUEL BEACH. The closest beaches are GALERA and SAN MIGUEL, also for bathing at high tide and then CAÑO de la CULATA, PORTIL and CRUCE, about 5-10 km away. In these you can bathe at low tide as well. The fact that El Rompido does not have a conventional beach is what makes it such a charming place without ever becoming overcrowded. Practically everything in the house is new and has been bought thinking of creating a comfortable, spacious and pleasant place to spend a few days of vacation in our town. The decoration is simple and aims to produce tranquility in the visitor without offering the excessive visual stress that we sometimes suffer in our houses where we accumulate too many elements.
