Cozy family-friendly main house/suite A with 2 bedrooms 1 bath, private entrance and equipped with all the essentials. Next to it are the stores like Walmart, Smart n Final, Trader Joe's, etc. and many restaurants on the historical route 66, and for motorcycle clubs that use it. The nearby fwy 210, 605 and Metro Gold Line will take you to anywhere in Southern CA. Please stay for a good night here. The space 2 queen size beds and a convertible queen bed. The convertible queen bed would be prepared before your arrival if your party is more than 4 adult or kids older than 2 year old. Guest access * Shared backyard and laundry with suite B. You might come across with other guests in the backyard if B is occupied. * The washer is preloaded with detergent if you don't mind using it. * Suite A and B have their own designated private patio area. *Garage is rented to my housekeeper, so it is not open to the public. She might show up in the backyard to use laundry and clean up the other unit. She is super friendly, you can say Hi! *Parking for one car in the backyard is available, street parking is free. Street sweeping on 2nd and 4th Monday morning every month. Please watch out for Suite B guests when you go in and out of the backyard. Other things to note We want to take a moment to let you know that our space is not a star rated hotel, but rather a unique and comfortable accommodation with its own charm and character. We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained space for our guests to enjoy, but please keep in mind that our amenities and services may be different from those you would find in a traditional hotel. Please note that the immediate repair for something broken is usually unavailable on the same day. It is next day or depending on the situation. During warm seasons, it is not unusual to come across some harmless spiders on the patio from time to time. I guarantee all the areas are cleaned between every stay, but these critters are part of the ecosystem and are impossible to eliminate completely. Should you encounter any spider web or bugs issue and would like them to be cleaned, please contact me. Our listing description and photos should give you a good idea of what to expect.
