The space A bright and unique home built in the 1830s remodelled into an aesthetically pleasing space with a blend of vintage furnishings and eclectic accents throughout the cottage. There is an open plan arrangement that houses the bedroom area, living area, and dining area. The striking quaint living area provides a comfortable space to relax and entertain and is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, occasional chair, as well as a smart TV. Adjacent to the living space is the bedroom with a comfy four-poster bed. Linen is provided and a ceiling fan cools the room when required. Wide and tall windows flood the dining area with natural light and the 4-seater dining table offers a formal dining space. A quirky pocket door leads to a refreshing full bathroom with a shower and toilet. The home boasts of a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils. The mint kitchen also provides complimentary condiments. The cottage exterior features a swimming pool and a fire-pit which are available for guests’ use. This peaceful retreat conformably sleeps four. While it does have central heating and air, we kindly ask for your understanding that indoor temperatures may be slightly uncomfortable at times due to the home’s historic construction. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Please leash pets and clean up after them when outdoors to be mindful of other guests. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES / EVENTS ★ We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests. Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM. ★ EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS ★ Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated at $20 per hour (one-hour minimum). Please reach out as soon as possible for availability. ★ SELF CHECK-IN ★ Guests will check in using a smart lock. ★ POOL ★ The pool is seasonal and may be closed at certain times of the year. It is fenced and located in the backyard. Pool access is only guaranteed June–September due to water temperatures. The pool is 4 feet deep throughout—no diving permitted. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times.
