BBQ is a charcoal grill- charcoal not provided. The backyard and fire pit are a SHARED space with the other 1/2 of the duplex. Please be mindful of your noise level after 10 pm and before 8am. Thank you! Other things to note Upgraded WiFi with Download Speed up to 600 Mbps. Upload Speed up to 30 Mbps and Unlimited Data. Shared backyard and fire pit with charcoal grill. Please bring your own charcoal. Strict no smoking policy. $25 fee assessed for each cigarette butt found or evidence of smoking on property. Strict no pet policy. $75 pet fee will be assessed for additional cleaning/deodorizing and violation of house rules.
