Pet friendly, walk to Cameron Village and NC State, Close to downtown, Glenwood south & more! The space Enjoy being together in this cozy retreat with amazing light and comfy furnishings. Sleep comfortably in the queen bed and have the convenience of the en-suite bath and closet. The bedroom has a tv , ceiling fan and lots of storage! The open living / kitchen area has a dining area, and large tv with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a desk by the window for working from home as well as overlooking thefenced in yard. Enjoy the privacy and the close proximity to everything! Walk to Cameron village, around the charming neighborhood or over to the Raleigh Little Theater for some entertainment! Amazing downtown nightlife and restaurants await, Genwood South and Person street are just a few minute Uber ride away. PNC Park is only 8 min and the airport is only 15 minutes from the house! The location cannot be beat! It’s a very well sought after neighborhood! So close to NCSU only a couple blocks away so it’s street parking here:) Parking during the day is two hour parking from 8 to 5 on Gardner. After hours there is no limit. There are some streets with no limit for the time that you park such as Everett Ave :) Pet friendly so bring your fur baby! There are several dog parks in the area along with the trails at Meredith College, Johnson trails and Shelley Lake within 10 to 15 minutes. The neighborhood is extremely pet friendly as well! ****Note there are dogs that live in the main house so you may encounter them at the back part of the fence since it aligns with the side fenced in area for the apartment*** Guest access Enjoy the entire apartment and side fenced in yard, and fire pit. Private entrance to the unit is on Gardner st through the gate. Parking is free on Gardner with no limit. Monday - Friday Everett and several Streets have 2 hour parking limit 8-5 weekdays only. No Limit on the evenings or weekends:) And it’s all free street parking. The entrance to the unit is at the top of the stairs :) Other things to note The apartment is brand new and amazing! This is an attached space so there may be potential for hearing noises occasionally and there are animals that live on the property, a cat and 2 dogs. You may see or hear them during your stay while in the yard or walking up to the home .They have their own fenced in yard area behind the house and they are friendly :) ***Pet fee will be added when you choose your pets as guests :) up to 2 pets :) Please put the trash out in the bin upon leaving. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to leaving. And please put towels that have been used into the laundry area or bathroom. Please leave beds the way that they are we can take care of the linens for you. Baby gates and dog dishes available to use
