La Posada Haus - Heated pool at Wundercove

Heated pool/River front- *New boat ramp and piers perfect for swimming, fishing, and kayaking* La Posada Haus is a 2 bedroom 1 bath property that can sleep up to 8 guests. The entrance to this property faces our new common area pool in the backyard. From 2 to 4 miles to Restaurants, Gruene, Tubing, Schlitterbahn and more. If additional space is need our Lago Haus, which is the top section can sleep an additional 8 guests. Can be booked together or separately. The space It has a queen in the 1st bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom plus a futon full in living-room. It has an open Living-room / kitchen / dining area space. Complete kitchen to cook your meals. There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom, toilet and sink. When you step out the front door there is covered patio. In addition there are two cabanas/tents. One is for the Posada Haus and the other is for the Lago Haus. Whole property has 7 cottages that you can rent together as well. Other things to note Must be 21 years or older to book this property. Pet Policy: We accept mainly small dogs that are are less than 25 lbs. You must have previous approval from us. There is a $50 pet fee per dog. Absolutely, we do not accept more than two (2) dogs per house & they must be housebroken, licensed, vaccinated, well behaved, non-aggressive, and pest free! Guests agree to clean up feces after their dog. Dogs must be crated while left alone on premises. Guests agree to pay any damages caused by dogs. No dogs on furniture or beds. Guests agree to be in full control and take full responsibility for their pet’s behavior. Area leash laws must be followed. READ: Shared heated pool and hot tubs are available for the 6 cottages in this area to use, located behind the Lago/Posada cottages. Each of the cottages has their own BBQ pit and seating area in the back. We do have our common area hot-tubs operating and have added a pool to this shared space that's open for use year round and heated in the winter upon request.
