The space Welcome to The Grand Escape, your coastal retreat in beautiful Summerland. The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and relaxation. Enjoy a spacious master suite, a cozy queen guest room, and a fun bunk room with a trundle—perfect for families. Upstairs, a private queen bedroom offers stunning ocean views and access to a sun-filled deck, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails by the sea. Additional Notes: - The top floor of the duplex is occupied by a long-term tenant. The rental includes the entire bottom floor plus a side upstairs room with a beach view. - Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome (must stay off furniture, use restroom outdoors, and not be left unattended). No other pets allowed without prior host approval. Violations or damages may result in a fee. - ***This is a charming, older home—please be aware that there are some dents/cracks in the walls and areas of uneven flooring due to natural settling in the area.
