Five minutes away from the Village and Santa’s Village. Sleeps 10 The space This cabin is a great space for a family to stay and/or to work remotely. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is best suited for a max of four adults and some kiddos in the mix. There is an upstairs loft with a queen bed. The main level has an open layout living room & kitchen, and a guest room with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on each level of the home. On the lowest level, there is the kid's room with bunk beds, toys and books. There is also a room with a full size bed, TV & desk adjacent to the kid’s room. The cabin can accommodate up to 10 guests and two cars total. I cannot accommodate beyond this per the county permit. This is strictly enforced. Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked closets. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and there are restrictions for guests. As a vacation renter, you can charter a boat or waterski/kneeboard/wakeboard by booking through McKenzie Ski School, tour of the lake on the Arrowhead Queen, both are located in Lake Arrowhead Village. If you want to rent a boat, kayak, play in the sand, or fish, we recommend these public lakes just outside of Arrowhead: Lake Gregory (5 miles/~15-20 min drive). Here is where you can fish from the shore , picnic, hike, swim, boat, kayak and paddle board on the 84 acre lake. The public swim beach has water slides, and an inflatable water park. You will be able to rent kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats and small boats. Lake Gregory is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home other than 2 closest for the owners storage. Other things to note Parking is for 2 vehicles (depending on the size of your vehicles) only in the driveway. No street parking is allowed per county rules. Do not block neighbors' driveway or park in neighbors' driveway. Fines can be imposed for any county codes being broken and are the responsibility of the guests to pay. You will need a county fishing permit to fish at Lake Gregory. We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. To be allowed up the mountain. We do not refund for inclement weather. The BBQ is propane, propane is not provided, but if some is left by a previous guest it may be used or exchanged locally. **This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. The guest is responsible for replacement costs if we find burn marks on any furniture. We do not enjoy removing pets ( if not added to the reservation) or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues. Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home.
