Your Arizona basecamp is located in a quiet neighborhood in the quaint western town of Williams, "The Gateway to the Grand Canyon". The home sits on half an acre with a fully fenced backyard for privacy. There are no directly adjacent neighbors with and empty lot on one side and an end of road culd-sac on the other. Located behind the property is The Canyon RV park. Catty-cornered is the Kaibab National Forest which offer gorgeous view of the ponderosa pine covered mountains from the backyard. You will need your own vehicle. New lower cleaning fee for 1 night stays (groups of 1-4 maximum)! We are offering our 1 night stay guests (4 people maximum) a lower cleaning fee of $150. If booking through Airbnb, you will receive the cleaning fee rebate of $125 via a "special fee request" AFTER you complete your reservation. For all other booking platforms, the rebate will be credited to your payment method AFTER you complete your reservation if you are booking instantly, OR you may request the adjustment to your invoice prior to completing your reservation.
