Any guests over the age of 3 are required to know how to swim, including adults. Up to 2 dog allowed. We only accept dogs due to the homeowners severe allergy to cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. • VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! • There is no hot tub on this property. • Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. • There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is overlooking the driveway. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
