Adjacent to Stone Creek Golf Course and all its amenities, with incredible views of Phoenix’s most iconic mountains, residents enjoy impeccably kept grounds, five resort pools, each with its own spa, a beautiful clubhouse with a party room, a billiard and card room, plus a well-equipped fitness and business center. Walking paths meander throughout the 22-plus acres of Anasazi Village, giving the feel of an oasis in the middle of town. Just across the street, you will find 'PV REIMAGINED' with the construction of Phase One well underway. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate and Terms of lease. 2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay. 3. Electric bill is capped at $125.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period. 4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets are allowed per unit. 5. Accidental rental insurance is included in the cleaning fee charge. 6. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
