The accommodation consists of an entrance hallway which leads on to the fully fitted open plan well equipped kitchen/dining area and living space overlooking Tenby square. A perfect location for people to meet ,relax and enjoy the Tenby life, either by being a part of it, or just to sit back and watch it all happen from the comfort of your chair. It is equipped with all the usual utensils and facilities, including electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave oven, kettle and dishwasher. Pembrokeshire County Council car parks within the county charge an estimated fee of £25 per week, which is a very good deal.
