Sleeping Arrangements: King in the master (there is room for an air mattress and crib if needed), queen in the second bedroom, two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. The top floor has 2 bedroom suites with private bathrooms, bunk room, hall bath and laundry. There is a queen in the fourth bedroom and a trundle bed (two twins can become a queen) in the downstairs area. This garden level family room, bedroom, and bathroom provides a quiet apartment within the home. There are two separate living rooms with large TVs - great for kids/teenagers to have a place of their own to hang out!
