The grand main bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and deck access with sunset views. Boat Ramp Launch Location: Hurricane Deck Bridge: $20 per day 5 minutes by water 15 minutes by land This house offers free parking (limited to 4 cars no trailers, be advised of steep driveway) and is close to countless local destinations known across the community. By car (no toll bridge required) we are 10 min from large Woods grocery store, gas station, hardware store, Dollar General, local bank and Post Office. Restaurants/bars: 5-10 mins drive from Papa Chubby's, Franky & Louies, Captain Ron's, Branding Iron and Paradise. By toll bridge its 30min from Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam strip. By water: 2mins to Captain Ron's 5-10 mins to Fishing Company, The Cave, Bear Bottom Resort & Larry's on Lake. 20-30 mins to Margaritaville, Tan-Tara Resort, Papa Chubbies, Big Dick's, Paradise, Red Head Yacht Club, Dog Days, PB2, the state park/party cove and Backwater Jacks. Other things to note We kindly request that you bring your own life jackets, as they will not be provided The indoor fireplace is not available for use. The parking is not big enough for an attached trailer. Please inquire on places to where it can be stored. Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
