Walk in shower has double-heads (room for 2!). Kitchen, bath, laundry, and 1 bedroom on main floor. 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. Parking right out front. Large deck and stamped concrete patio. Fully fenced for privacy. This is a whole-home rental. The shed is locked. Check in is remote/contactless, however, we’d love to hear from you if there’s anything we can do to improve your stay with us! Quiet and friendly. Downtown, but Snohomish is a safe city. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Thursdays are Farmers Market days, which is right around the corner from us. Vic’s Market is a 1 minute walk around the corner, and is a great quick-stop for snacks and essentials. They have a decent wine selection! Basketball hoop and ball available for use in the driveway! It’s not a full court, but still fun :) Easy river access within walking distance. 3 blocks east is Pilchuck Park on the Pilchuck River. 3 blocks south-west is Cady Park on the Snohomish River. 2 parks with swings/etc: 3 blocks east is Pilchuck Park, and 3 blocks north is Snohomish Skatepark.
