It is private, self-sufficient with a secure gated entry, set amongst landscaped floral gardens. Less than a 5 minute level walk takes you to a choice of beaches, cafes, shops and walking trails. The space Bright, airy and spacious, the Guest House is located on the beachside of Austinmer and includes: - 40m2 internal area including separate living/kitchen area, bedroom with office/study nook, bathroom, and exclusive use laundry. - The Guest House is set up for 2 adults, however, please contact the host directly for enquiry regarding a request for an accompanying infant. - exclusive use of a partially covered rear sun-drenched deck with breakfast table setting. - TV in both bedroom and living room. Complimentary full FOXTEL/NETFLIX in the living room. Enjoy FOXTEL from the luxury leather sofa. - Fully equipped kitchen, stone benchtops, and quality inclusions. - marble finishes in the Bathroom. - the Guest House has its own attached private laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron - Quality linen, furnishings and homewares. Beach towels are also provided for your use during your stay. - POD coffee machine, coffee and mixed tea sachets provided. - Bluetooth speaker provided. - Reverse cycle ducted A/C - cosy winters / cool summers! - Outdoor hot water shower provided - for washing the sand off after your visits to the beach. Guest access - Self check in/out by way of coded lock box. Code provided on confirmation of stay. - If we are available, we can assist with early baggage drop offs or late baggage pick-ups.
