Perfectly located as a base camp to explore Zion, Bryce, The North of the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and more. The space An abundance of personality fills the entire space with the unique and funky ranch-style decor. There are custom carpentry pieces hand made by the owner throughout, a clawfoot tub, and antique furniture pieces in each room. You will find stunning canvas prints scattered around the cabin of beautiful Southern Utah. Each bedroom has its own style, even a "Best Friends" room with photos of rescued animals from the local Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all of the appliances and amenities to be your culinary home away from home. Large fridge and freezer to store all your groceries. Spacious granite countertops to prepare all your meals. The dining area features 2 tables and bar seating to accommodate 16 guests. After long days of exploring, come back and enjoy all the comforts of home. Relax and BBQ on the back deck. Sit around the large fire pit where you can enjoy stargazing and S’mores while you recount the tales of your day’s adventures. ***DURING WINTER MONTHS WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE A 4WD, AWD, OR 2WD AND CARRY CHAINS. YOU MAY NOT NEED THEM BUT BETTER TO HAVE THEM.*** Guest access Our guests will have full access to the property, home, patios, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, BBQ dining room, etc. The garage and basement are locked and not available for guest use. The wood burning stove is also not available for use. Other things to note Our property is at the end of a dirt road and therefore guests must have the proper vehicle to access the home. During the winter, the city may plow some of the local city streets but the final 1/2 mile to the home will likely not be plowed and guests must have the ability to drive in snow on unplowed dirt roads. Refunds will not be provided if the guest is unable to access the home due to weather or road conditions having been advised here of the need for proper vehicles.
