Other things to note -The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $75 per day to cover the expense of gas. Please just let me know at least 24 hours in advance as it takes about 12 hours to fully heat. -No parties please. Gatherings with family/friends are permitted. *Per Airbnb policy, a party is defined as 17 or more people* -There are 6 cameras on the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside. 3 in the front, 2 in the back, and 1 on the side. -No smoking within 20 feet of the house or any of my neighbors homes.
