The space Recently stylishly refurnished and fully equipped apartment, in a quiet family building with a huge green garden with pine trees. It is situated in one of the most desirable areas to live in Athens known as the ‘gold coast of Athens’ or Athens Riviera. Quiet, without many tourists (as very few hotels in the area) green area, with close proximity (3-4 min walking distance) to the coast and range of amenities and activities, and quality restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Guest access The whole apartment, balcony, garden, and the roof terrace of the building for incredible sunset view and cocktails. Other things to note Essentials: I provide fresh linen and towels. The iron and ironing board can be found in the bedroom wardrobe. Hair dryer and toiletries can be found in the bathroom. WIFI is Available Bedroom / Sleeping arrangements: The apartment is professionally cleaned before / after each guest. Fresh linen is provided. If additional sleeping is required, you can use the pullout sofa bed in the lounge area (spare linen provided). Kitchen facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals with a fresh local produce if you fancy it! Having a relaxed breakfast on the balcony might be a good idea too! For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. Some capsules might be provided (apologies, I am at the apartment infrequently so unable to top-up supplies after each guest), but you can get these from a local supermarket, or you could bring some with you. Balcony: Enjoy the view from the comfort of the apartment! A set of outdoor furniture comprising of an extendable table and four reclining chairs is provided for your enjoyment and convenience. The long grey (and very comfortable!) cushions left on the lounge sofa are for the balcony chairs – feel free to use them! TV: With so much to do out and about, you’re unlikely to spend much time watching TV; however, if you wish to do so, there is a modern flatscreen TV in the apartment. (you can use Netfilx, Amazon Prime Fire Stick etc). NB There is a folder in the apartment with all the detailed information on the flat use and things to do/ places to go for food and drink, activities and other information.
