Guest access The Golfview Villa Warburton consists of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Booking this accommodation means you will get full access to the main house to ensure complete privacy for your family or friends. Other things to note Enhanced Cleaning: We are committed to an enhanced cleaning process. We deep clean the entire villa and change all bedsheets, pillowcases & quilt covers before every booking. The garage/downstairs area is locked not for guest use. There are stairs leading to the main door, there is also a side walkway to access the property from the back entrance. Roller shutters not to be operated. One Air Conditioner in the main living area, portable fans available. House rules: No parties or events. No smoking or lighting fire inside the house and undercover areas. Strictly No Pets please. Bath tub only, spa not available. No shoes are allowed inside, bring along your slippers!
