The space was recently renovated and features a large patio with outdoor furniture, a propane grill, a fire pit, great fishing off of your own private dock, a Lilly Pad for the kids and adults to frolic in the water, kayaks that can be launched in your own Private boat launch, and so much more! The space Features a backyard with outdoor games in the summer, boardwalk perfect for fishing, and a Private boat launch on site! Facing south, Lots of sun in the back yard! The home has top notch kitchen upgrades and gas grill/wood outdoor fire pit. Perfect for feeling happy on the lake as the main area of the space has a super big & bright windows with views of the lake and otherwise white/bright feel. Newly decorated/styled. Four bedroom + 3.5 full bath. Summer months- Two kayaks and Lily Pad available. Large back "yard" space, perfect for bonfires and hang outs. Year-round perfect for a fishing experience. Other things to note Safety: Please note there are steps into the home and thus the home is not handicap accessible. **Being on a lake, children are welcome but are not to be left unattended.** Bonfires: There is a corner store and gas station nearby where bundles are available for purchase. If you choose to have a fire, please make sure fire is fully put out and chairs are returned and cushions/blankets/pillows are brought in or tied so they don’t blow into the Lake before leaving/going to bed. Grill: We do have a gas grill on location! We request that it NOT be moved for safety. Should you wish to use the grill, we provide grilling utensils/mitt in the kitchen. The propane tank has a gage that lets you know how much is left remaining. If propane runs out, there is a Lumber Company that can refill the tank. Also please make sure to properly dispose of any grease. Parking: There is parking available in front of the house and can fit up to 6 cars. Please note the home driveway is a gravel driveway and In winter month conditions (being in Michigan) may be snowy or icy. We do provide salt/shovels and but please be aware of potential hazard. Please message us if there is extensive snow fall so we can work on a solution for snow removal. TV: We have Amazon Fire TVs, which allows you watch videos, listen to music, play games, and use other types of apps from the Internet onto the TV. Televisions include DirecTV, NetFlix, HULU and Disney+
